| More advanced programmers may prefer to view the results directly from Rebase. The Rebase server and the Application Viewer can be installed on a standard workstation.
Rebase represents a global view of the application programs and contains information that indicates what resources of the system each component of that application uses. For example, a list of all programs that refer to or update a particular table column can easily be produced. More detailed information on Rebase functionality as well as various snapshots could be found at the JULES Toolset section of our COBOL migration products. A special add-on program, the Application Viewer, is designed to work as a client of the Rebase server to produce various reports and analyses. More detailed information on Applicaiton Viewer functionality as well as various snapshots could be found at the JULES Toolset section of our COBOL migration products.
